Privacy.

Archon is a tool for solo founders. We store the data you give us (your company, your goals, your chats, the API keys you connect) so the AI can give you useful advice. We don't sell anything to advertisers. You can export or delete everything at any time from your Settings.

• Account data:your email address. That's the only thing required to sign up.
• Business data you enter: company name, MRR, goal, chat messages, posts you draft, daily tasks, the memory the AI maintains about your business.
• Third-party credentials you choose to connect: Stripe restricted keys, Qonto API keys, Pennylane tokens, etc. Stored encrypted at rest in our database, read-only scopes only.
• Usage data: Vercel logs (request paths, status codes, errors). We do not use analytics trackers like Google Analytics on this product.
• Billing data: Stripe stores your card. We only receive the subscription status, never the card number.

• To provide the service (run audits, generate posts, chat with the AI on your behalf).
• To send the OTP code you use to log in.
• To send a one-off email reminding you before your trial ends.
• To debug crashes via server logs. No personal data is logged on purpose; if a stack trace contains a stray email or message snippet, it's deleted within 7 days.

We do notsell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models for anyone but you. Your chats are not used to train Claude — Anthropic's API has zero-retention on request inputs by default.

The following services receive data so we can run Archon:

• Anthropic (US) — the Claude API processes your chat messages, audits and prompts. Zero-retention configured. Anthropic privacy.
• Supabase (US/EU) — our database and authentication. Supabase privacy.
• Vercel (US) — application hosting and logs. Vercel privacy.
• Stripe (US/IE) — subscription billing. Stripe privacy.
• Resend (US) — transactional email (login codes, trial reminders). Resend privacy.

• While your account is active: indefinitely, so the AI's memory of your business compounds.
• If you delete your account: all data wiped within 30 days. Logs purged within 7 days.
• If your subscription lapses for 12 months: we email you, then delete the account 30 days later.

• Access: everything we know about your business is visible at /dashboard/memory.
• Export: email hello@beepons.com and we send you a JSON dump within 7 days.
• Delete: use the "Delete account" button in Settings. Wipes everything.
• Correct: edit your memory entries directly in the Memory tab, or email us.

We use one essential cookie: the Supabase auth session. No tracking cookies. No ad cookies. No banner needed because there is nothing optional to accept.
