Terms.

Archon is an AI co-founder for bootstrapped solo founders. It runs an audit of your business, gives you a 16-week plan, drafts content (LinkedIn / X / Reddit posts) you publish yourself, and lets you chat with an AI briefed on your data. It is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or lawyer. The advice is opinionated, based on patterns in successful bootstrapped SaaS, and meant to make you think — not to be followed blindly.

You sign up with an email + a one-time code we send to that email. You are responsible for the security of your inbox (anyone with access can log in as you). One account per person.

• Archon costs $79 USD/month, billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime in the billing portal — no refunds for the current period, but you keep access until the period ends.
• Free trial: 3 days, no card required at signup. We email you before the trial ends.
• If a charge fails (expired card, etc.) we retry per Stripe's default schedule. After three failed attempts the subscription cancels automatically.
• Taxes: not collected at checkout. You are responsible for declaring the subscription as a business expense in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell Archon's output.
• Use Archon to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or designed to mislead (fake reviews, spam campaigns, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer the prompts. They are our trade secret.
• Share your account with multiple humans. If you have a team, ask us about a team plan.
• Connect API keys that don't belong to your own company.

We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these rules. We'll email you first if it's borderline.

Drafts Archon generates for you (posts, plans, replies) are yours to use however you want. You own them, you publish them under your name, and you take responsibility for what you publish. We retain no rights over your output.

The Archon brand, codebase, prompts, audit methodology, knowledge library and UI design are property of Beepons. You get a license to use the service while you're subscribed; nothing more.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Archon depends on Claude (Anthropic), Stripe, Supabase and Vercel. If any of those goes down, Archon may degrade. We do our best to communicate during outages.

No warranty:the service is provided "as-is". We don't guarantee the AI's advice will make your business grow. We're a tool, not a coach with a stake in your outcome.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Beepons' total liability to you for any claim related to Archon is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities) except where prohibited by law.

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, that have failed to pay for more than 30 days, or that have been inactive for 12 months. We'll always email before terminating unless there's a legal reason not to.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (pricing, scope, billing model) will be emailed to you 14 days in advance. Continued use after that = acceptance.

Operated by Beepons, registered in France. These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except for mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
